Recommended Physical Exam Schedule - Adults

You should visit your primary care provider for a physical exam as follows:

  • 19 to 40 years old - every five years.
  • 41 to 50 years old - every three years.
  • 51 to 59 years old - every two years.
  • 60 years and older - every one to two years.
